Isolation, Day 3. Infected myself with Covid after 2 years now. Good that I have a library full of great books.

Finished today a book on high sensitivity especially for women and now started with my new book on selflove.

Give myself a treat with waffles, especially when being in isolation.

Essential oils for Chakra balancing

Yesterday in the evening I did some essential oil mixes for balancing my chakras.

Rootchakra: Vetiver, Frankincense
Sacralchakra: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang
Solarplexuschakra: Grapefruit, Clary Sage, Rosmarin
Throatchakra: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Mint
Third Eye Chakra: Mint, Clary Sage, Lemongras

Really love using essential oils while meditating or doing yoga.


You can use these e.g. together with a carrier oil as almond or jojoba oil for a massage, in a diffuser or together with sea salt for a bath.

Today one of the most inspiring people for me died, Thich Nhat Hanh. His spirit, kindness and compassion has always inspired me. He was one the of the most influential sources for me to learn more on buddhism and how to live my spiritual side in this fast moving and often rude world.
