Ingredients:
Oatmeal
Milk
Flaxseed
Apple
Cinnamon, turmeric
Ghee
Cooking:
Roast the oatmeal with the flaxseed and spices with the ghee.
Add milk, cut apple into small pieces and add.
Let the oatmeal soak. Enjoy still warm.
