Yin & Yang Inspiration Spread with Sacral and Crown Chakra Meditation

As Chakras for this Yin & Yang Inspiration Spread we got the Sacralchakra for the Yin and the Crown Chakra for the Yang Side. As Mudras I chose Yoni Mudra for the Yin and Trishula Mudra for the Yang Side.

Yin Side

The Yin Side is vibrant. So much power, energy, creativity and passion. The Yin Side is on a journey to their true space in their lives. The Yin developed so much in their past and came into their inner strength. Now they also change much in their life, it could be a new job, relationship, project. They now have the strength even to end long-lasting topics in their life which didn’t fulfilled them anymore. But regardless the Yin still stays in their loving and graceful manner.

Yang Side

For the Yang Side now it is time to trust their inner voice and let things flow. Control and avoiding emotions were dominant in the past. They now realize that they have to slow down and let go. To give and to receive love in their lives. That they are worth of unconditional love and abundance. That they can fully trust on their intuition and don’t be afraid to live this side with authenticity.

As Mudras for our Meditation I chose today:


Yin Side: Yoni Mudra, Sacral Chakra

Yang Side: Trishula Mudra, Crown Chakra

Choose the Side and Mudra that resonates with you. You can also do both.

Sit down in a comfortable meditation position. It is important that you can sit comfortably for several minutes, so don’t force yourself into a position that is uncomfortable for you. Vajrasana or Sukhasana is a good seating position, but you can also meditate on a chair.
Now bring your shoulders back and rest your arms comfortably, for example on your thighs. Lower your chin. Breathe in and out. Form your hands into the according mudra:

Yoni Mudra: Place the palms of the hands together, interlock the pinky, ring and middle finger downward. Bring the thumbs towards the body, join the pads of the index fingers together to form a diamond shape. Rest the hands, the thumbs pointing to the body in front of the pelvis.

Trishula Mudra: Bend your pinky fingers inward, lay your thumb over your pinky fingers. Extend the other fingers straight out and hold your hands away from your body, fingers facing outward.

Close your eyes.

Breathe in and out and feel how your belly is rising up and down while you are breathing.

Maybe you can also feel your breath rising in and out of your nostrils.

Focus on the according mantra for our meditation session:



Be gentle with yourself, when other thoughts are coming up while meditating.

Just come back to the mantra.

Come back slowly to your presence in the room. Maybe you can hear sounds or smell certain scents.

Open your eyes.
