New Course on Mindfulness and Meditation

Today my new course on meditation and mindfulness will start.

In this course I plan to explore the topic of meditation, mindfulness and relaxation with my students. We will meditate together, relax in Savasana or regenerate in Yoga Nidra. Really looking forward to this four sessions.

Be like a lotus. Let the beauty of your heart speak. Be grateful to the mud, water, air and the light.
