Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse

Until the 21.03. I will do a ayurvedic cleanse.


  • no coffee, alcohol, sugar
  • vegetarian ayurvedic cooking
  • drinking much tea and infused water
  • relaxing activities, spending much time in nature

In the morning:

  • oil pulling
  • tongue cleaning
  • drinking a glass of warm infused water
  • warm ayurvedic breakfast

In the afternoon:

  • ayurvedic warm meal
  • going outside in nature
  • relaxing

In the evening:

  • warm ayurvedic meal
  • relaxing activities as journaling, reading
  • meditation, yoga
  • ayurvedic massage
  • going to bed early

Really looking forward to this cleanse and will write about my experiences.
