Yoga Inspiration Spread

The topic of this Yoga Inspiration Spread is Winters End. A year and a decade are ending soon.

A new cycle begins, regeneration is coming. The blue cards resembles our soul message, it’s Judgement (Deutsch Urteile) and wants to remind us that everyone has to go his or her own way with individual obstacles. We got four different chakras in our spread.

Past – Sacralchakra

In the early past you gained more self confidence and discovered that deep inside you lies a great treasure. You are showing this also more to the people around you.

Future – Third eye Chakra

Expand your horizons and think outside of the box, do not ignore your intuition.

Unconscious – Solarplexuschakra

It’s unconscious to you that you are guided and supported, do not hide through a facade.

Conscious – Throat Chakra

It’s conscious to you that decisions are needed and to take a first step to realize them. Your life will change and you need to reach out to those who are on your same frequency.


I chose these Asanas for a short yoga session:

  • Cat Pose: Do a short cat cow flow here, as long as you wish. You can do cat/cow pose also between the other asanas. It’s activating root, sacral and Solarplexuschakra.
  • King Pigeon Pose: This asana is one of my favorite poses. It’s a great asana for our Sacralchakra. Perhaps with this hip opener emotions are coming up. You can use a cushion for laying down your torso. Rest a little bit in this position.
  • Dolphin Pose: This stretching asana is stimulating 5 of our chakras. Crown, third eye, throat, heart and Solarplexuschakra, a very intense position. For relaxation purposes you can do a cat cow flow after it.
  • Fish Pose: This backbend is activating our crown, third eye and Throat Chakra. You can support with a cushion under your back. Stay a few breathes in this asana. If you want you can stretch out your legs instead of lotus seat.
  • Shavasana: We are closing this short yoga practice with Shavasana. Stay in this restorative position for a while, relax your breath, you can lay a cushion under your knees and head for more comfort.
